Mirzapur: The Movie collected 13.50 crore net on its second Saturday, a 42 percent jump over the previous day that has pushed its worldwide total past 246 crore. The film, made on a reported 100 crore budget, has now crossed 171 crore net in India alone, comfortably in profit and still adding double-digit numbers more than a week into its run.
The second-Saturday jump matters more than the raw number suggests. Films that open on the strength of a built-in fanbase, as Mirzapur did on the popularity of the Prime Video series it extends, often reveal their true staying power in the second weekend, once the most eager viewers have already shown up. A 42 percent single-day jump this deep into a run is a clear sign the film is now pulling in audiences well beyond the show's existing following.

Overseas collections have held up just as steadily, adding 4 crore on Day 9 alone to take the total overseas gross past 42 crore. With a second weekend this strong, the film's eventual total looks likely to land well clear of its budget, in territory the makers would have been glad to reach even before the film opened.
