Reports describe a boutique hotel built around a premier nightspot, high-end dining and live entertainment, styled with a European sensibility rather than the beach-shack aesthetic Goa hospitality usually leans on.

It fits a pattern several Hindi stars have followed once their acting income stabilises: hospitality and real estate offer a return that does not depend on the next film opening. Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and others have made similar moves in the past decade.
