Ramayana trailer premieres worldwide

The first full trailer of Ramayana premieres worldwide at 3:15 am IST on 24 July, moments after its unveiling at San Diego Comic-Con. The Central Board of Film Certification cleared it on 15 July with a U certificate, at a running time of four minutes and fifteen seconds.

The panel sits in Ballroom 20, the 4,800-seat hall that is Comic-Con's second largest venue. Producer Namit Malhotra and director Nitesh Tiwari are joined by Ranbir Kapoor and Yash, with the official schedule promising never-before-seen footage, exclusive reveals and live performances.

Ramayana is structured across two Diwalis, with Part One dated 6 November 2026. Both parts are shot for IMAX, with visual effects by DNEG and a score composed jointly by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer.
